There might be 2 potential causes to this issue : A configuration problem : To solve it, you need to : 1. launch the "hardware configuration" program, which you will find on the desktop by clicking : OWANDY SOFTWARE PACKAGE and then PCI XRAYS BOX OR DIGITAL CAMERA 2. Make sure that the AD 45 is selected, if not select this option. 3. Click OK An OSP installation problem : 1. Launch the OSP CD-ROM 2. Select Smilie Real Hi-T 3. Choose "repair" 4. Wait until it is fixed, this is to say once the installation of DirectX 9.00 is finished.
